Women Empowerment

The Burden Bearers World Mission’s Skills Training Program, in conjunction with Women Emerge and Ignite, is designed to provide skills to women in rural communities and developing economies to maximize their economic potential, household welfare, and improve their quality of life. This training program is currently offered in Kasambya Town, Uganda, and offers a wide range of skills training courses including, hairdressing, dressmaking, soap production, and agriculture. The curriculum also entails management classes such as financial literacy, business planning and management, entrepreneurship strategies, and more.
